Fan art: Bruce Banner - HULK

"Caught in the blast of gamma radiation, brilliant scientist Bruce Banner is cursed to transform in times of stress into the living engine of destruction known as  THE INCREDIBLE HULK. "

Just a small intro: We all know HULK, he is big, powerful, green and very angry, but what about Bruce Banner?
"Banner is considered one of the greatest scientific minds on Earth, possessing "a mind so brilliant it cannot be measured on any known intelligence test."[68] He holds expertise in biology, chemistry, engineering, physiology, and nuclear physics. Using this knowledge, Banner creates advanced technology dubbed "Bannertech", which is on par with technological development from Tony Stark or Doctor Doom. Some of these technologies include a force field that can protect him from the attacks of Hulk-level entities, and a teleporter."

Illustration in fashion - A cool project with designer Miriam Ponsa

This year I'm just going to take one class at the Illustration Art School, I don't have any more time left with our screen printing atelier starting to work... But I'm really happy with the subject I took.
I am really lucky because a designer called MIRIAM PONSA has made an arrangement with the art school and we will be learning diverse techniques to develop prints for clothing and she will use them for her next runaway in Barcelona. Isn't it cool???
What is important in this project?
To know what is the soul of her brand, so she came with lots of samples and explained us widely where her inspiration comes from and how she works and experiments. Here is a video to her "imaginari":

One of the assignments that we have is to make a sketchbook similar to the ones she makes. She doesn't believe in working when feeling inspired but letting the inspiration appear while working. So we have to start filling our sketchbook with all our ideas, pictures... All handm…

Synesthesia and me

As a synesthete my perception is a bit different from the perception of other people. I han see colors when I hear voices, hear sounds when looking at bright colors, feeling tastes when touching food... It's just a little part of me but it becomes big when you try to hide it for a long time. Luckily, there has been an increase of information about synesthesia in the last years and althought in Spain is still not very known, now I can speak about that without feeling that the other person thinks I just made it up.

So now, and thank the OAlive study group I've decided to mix my drawing and my synesthesia to create a series of illustrations. This is a challenge and I have to combine this project with my 2 jobs and illustration and animation studies but I'll be sharing the progress here in the blog.

So I'll start with the numbers as they were people, here is the first sketch of number 1, I hope you like it:
